For the highest quality experience, play on:
Itch.io: https://koffeepunk.itch.io/go-beta

The version on Itch.io has more features and runs better!

Due to feedback, I've added new ways to play the game.
Directions for new controls will be in the "Controls" section of the description.
Thank you to those who gave feedback and rated/reviewed! Keep the feedback coming! =]

How far will you GO?

GO is a minimalist, first-person, five-lane endless style game that will test your reflexes and your patience.

Feedback on here or on Itch.io would be appreciated!

Thanks for playing!

This is really good!

I was already writing this review when I saw from your comments that you could actually force the end of the jump with a second space press. In order to make players learn this in-game, I recommend to put a flying and a ground star close behind each other early in the game, so the player wonders how to collect both and finds out this control on his own.

KoffeePunk responds:

That’s a pretty good idea! I’ll have to try that out!
Glad you liked the game and thanks for the feedback. =]

fun game

KoffeePunk responds:

Glad you thought so! =]

this is all you really need for a good game

KoffeePunk responds:

Thanks for the review! =]

Not bad, nice music. GJ
Sucks about the level 1 restart though.

KoffeePunk responds:

The game is actually endless. The levels are just to speed up the player and the score gain. There is a high score system but it's not implemented in the version here on Newgrounds.
Thanks for leaving a review! =]

Awesome, reminds me of snail mail! Was that at all inspiration for this?
Also, landing on a star from above sometimes stops you from collecting it and it just slows your fall unexpectedly.

KoffeePunk responds:

Hey thanks for the review! =]
It actually wasn't but now that you mention it, I can see why you say that!
I just wanted to do a (simple?) first person, five lane, "endless runner" type game for my first game.
Okay I'll look into the star issue right away!

Thanks again for your feedback! =]
