Seems like a really interesting game, unfortunately it seems to be unplayable on desktop and I don't have the kind of phone that can get the app, so I'm just left disappointed.

It’s the 60s, a time of art, love, and sneaks.
The Man With No Color enlists Catpurse, the world’s greatest cat burglar, to steal the most valuable pop art in the country, through a “whack-a-mole mechanic.”
They work their way up to the creme de la creme of art: a one of a kind art piece by none other than Andy Walrus, the pope of pop art himself. No one knows what it is yet.
Catpurse must steal it at its unveiling, right under everyone’s noses. The press will be electric. The security stifling.
Can Catpurse get to it? Can he avoid capture and take home the prize piece, whatever it is? Most of all, can he trust this mysterious Man With No Color?

In other words it requires a device with a touch screen to play, and can only be played on a touch screen. So hosting/posting it on Newgrounds with a desktop heavy userbase without optimisting for keyboard and mouse is not a great idea.
In addition put the how to play BEFORE the tutorial gameplay not after it. Also far too much info on the how to play, it's not needed to be that complex from the start as the machanics are probably introduced over time not all at once.
Also putting a 'Demo' here for free adverising so people pick it up on google - NO just NO (even if the game is free it's probably got ads on the mobile one)
