I can see some inspiration from the Animator Vs Animation series. That much is apparent. But I feel that the movements are a bit too stilted and are lacking something. I'm going to assume your a beginner and I'm just going to reccomend you keep up the work your doing but also search up some videos and read some books on animating in order to develop. It's helped me and alot of other people and I feel you'll be able to become better. Also the jump in the beginning was pretty good, it would be nice to see that same amount of liveliness in the rest if the stick figures moves.
