The translation isn't all there, but it's an interesting game. I've written some notes on how to beat it. They're not perfect, but they should help you if you're a native English speaker who finds this game and wants to play it through to the end. The notes are also on pastebin, at xFkcPU04.

Playing the game at ungrounded will let you restore fullscreen after losing it by pressing F11.
black hole: press 'b'
The 'esc' menu has save and load options. Note that the first mission involving the turk ship might break after loading (or due to simplified graphics, I haven't checked) - to fix this, get to that mission before loading. I haven't tried loading any other missions.
Blue:
- Blue empire's capital sells blue spice.
Purple: Yellow star in nebula has a yellow planet.
Green: Outer green star has a grey and white planet.
Inner green star has a green planet.
Blue star next to them has a beach planet.
Blue star next to it has a pink planet.

Purple quests
- Empires' capitals sell spices of the associated color.
- The spice respawns every 55 seconds.
- Green: Hawen, Blue: Ham
- You can buy spice from the planet and then immediately sell it back for the reward.
- I have successfully broken the game. Get both spices, then sell them.

You can access the boss using the white portal. It may be inactive - liberate some or all of the systems to bring it online. Liberate unknown empire systems by clearing them of enemies. The best weapon for this is the railgun.
Boss notes:
- Create a black hole in the center. This will be your main source of DPS.
- Spend the entire fight dodging. Shift (boost) should always be held down.
- You can respawn the turret as many times as you want. Tap it every few seconds to distract enemies.
- You won't ever have to fire your weapon.
- Use your two starting modules, the turret, and the shield. The 'u-turn' module doesn't seem to do anything useful. Note that un-equipping the teleport module prevents it from being re-equipped. You don't need it, but you might still want it for something. I didn't use it during the fight.
