The animation is pretty smooth, the humor is good too, the style and proportions looks bad, but everybody has to start somewhere, I guess, I think you should stay off Youtube while you train, the community there is kinda toxic. Criticism is good tho, so post them here as most cyberbullying just vanishes, good luck.

Try messing around with the mic.... it should not hit peak that often.
The animation needs a lot of work on but i think you just started and it hopefully gets better.
