One of my first animations, still working on my skills. I used pencil2d, it took about 20 minutes to do. I'm a beginner for now, but I hope to do big projects in the future. Enjoy.

why does it look so dead?
its a good animation and i respect you for jumping into 2d animation but damn.
i dont mean for this to be a rude response but im genuinely puzzled
in anime's the bodies and hair dont move at all except for the mouths (similar to this)
and it yet looks professional?

Though it's very simple and short, it's not too bad for an animation. If I can give any major critiques, it's that you may want to try making your characters express emotions more dynamically. Making your character be more expressive can really make an animation look more natural.
