Inaccurate. The new grounding mechanics mean that a 0% Jiggly could EASILY bust out of a Krool D-throw.
Dunno what to say, but I've seen people on YouTube saying that K. Rool is pretty OP, but who knows when it's going to be nerfed? Nice exaggerated animation doe.
