Grim, isn't it? The images, animation and sound are all good. It captures the old-time atmosphere of Kafka well.
I personally don't like the wibbly wobbly thing.
Here is my latest university animation loosely based on the short story of the same name by Franz Kafka.
Don't forget to share, rate and comment about the cartoon.

Wow! Great Work Dude! Nice use of music too!
This was very interesting. I really liked the style. The bleak colors and real (or at least realistic) backgrounds help set up a boring, shockingly normal world (the latter also reminded me of Terry Gilliam's animations). I liked the way the characters were drawn, they looked like they were very closed-minded, in the way that the mom vonstantly seemed to be smiling and no one really cared about the son (one thing I would have changed, he looks like grandpa). Then the moment he changed so that he didn't (and couldn't) comply with their idea of normality, they locked him up and hurt him. They went out to raise money, yes, but they also said he was disabled, even though it seemed like his cognitive and physical abilities were normal. The garbage piling up throughout the movie also added a lot to the oppressive feel, I guess people don't wanna make a change, get rid of the trash.
Overall a very interesting animation, pretty unique in style, with a nice symbolic message and good use of visuals overall. I'd love to see more from you!
Thank you.
Great Animation!!!
