You play as a submarine and have to navigate through a sunken temple. You have to avoid enemies and collect treasure. You use the mouse to move or you can press space or z. You can buy new submarines. Your score gets turned into money when you lose. The game is infinite, as the levels are somewhat randomly generated. The game was made with HTML Canvas and JavaScript.
I'd say it's an okay game. The graphics were OKAY, the gameplay was OKAY, it was generally just OKAY.
Despite looking like a game made in MS paint, it does a good job of being kinda atmospheric. I think the darkness mechanic could have been introduced a little slower though.
when I first saw the graphics I didn't expect much, but it's actually quite fun. It gets difficult without being too frustrating. I found myself playing it quite a bit, so you've clearly done something right.
I like that you can buy new subs, but maybe there should be upgrades so you can upgrade each sub. So far I got to level 17, and I was hoping for new challenges and mechanics.
