Haven't posted in a long time, but I made this tiny golf game for the Pico-8 Advent Calendar 2018, and I found out that NG supports HTML5 games now, so here we are!
There's a special bonus at the end, but it's only for determined players.
Winter Golf is one of the best games I have ever played! It's very fun and simple, controls are very fluid, and I would just say, it is very awesome! I wish there was a special medal system for when you get a special bonus, as I already finished the game with every hole in one in all of the rounds. And it would feel more special, but I like the little surprise it gave me when I beat it!
While the gameplay and art were fun and amazing, the lack of sound was quite off (at least put a song to go with).
I also would like to note that the first hole ended up being the hardest for me to get a hole-in-one shot because it's openness made it became the least obvious one to figure it out.
Fun game - the bonus for 5 holes in one was cute.
Neat little bundle!
