pretty cool but you should put more time on the text and you could have played with the environment a bit. BTW-is this inspired by hotline miami?

Few things that need tweaking, but overall the game is well designed and implemented well. Great concept and art style/direction, mechanics almost there.
What I liked:
- Really good pixel art/animations.
- The controls for a game like this were implemented well, I never usually had problems controlling player character.
- I personally like the dystopian future theme that the game.
- The approach to difficulty(/replay-ability) was nice to see with the option to skip upgrades.
- The idea that the more you kill senselessly, the more of your humanity is lost. What I liked was not the idea itself but that you were able to incorporate it into the game play (e.g. making the screen grey once you've become too far gone, making it harder to tell who is the enemy and who is a civilian.)
What 'erked me:
- I'm not the best at top down action shooters, but the AI annoyed me a little with how precise it could be sometimes. This only really bothered me on my first play-through though.
- The lack of sound was a little disappointing, could have been nice to have some audio feedback for when you're attack etc.
To be fair though, these criticisms don't mean much since the game was made in 3 days. I'm quite impressed with what you guys have made here.
