Very little actually happens. There's a not-so-good-looking city, and then a pink guy with no clothes and a creepy derpface. The only thing that moves is his mouth. We don't know who he's talking to, what he's angry about or who he is. I mean, he apparently controls this very amazing city that we know nothing about, and which is in two whole colors, that should be obvious since his apartment is entirely empty and he doesn't have any clothes. The voice acting is also a bit unintelligible at times ad some different intonation at the end there to emphasise that he OWNS this town. I just now realized this was part 7. Still though, a part should be able to entertain on its own. This just seems lazy. I guess I can let the thing about not knowing anything about the city go then. In the future, please put in more effort, don't just have 35 seconds of a low detail creepo talking in an empty room. That weird dark shot at the end was really weirdly edited in. Since the rooms don't have any detail, I thought that was our pink guy, because the shot just isn't focused on at all and he doesn't put down the phone or anything.
Put in more effort next time, this just isn't fun.
