It was only after I read the reviews I found out how to double jump, making the game unplayable, maybe include a tutorial level?

This game felt impossible. It was visually unappealing. You fail to indicate well enough that one must jump, then hit space in order to execute the double jump. The bugs are just ugly little things that annoy one. Overall, I couldn't find a reason to play this. Even the music was kind of irksome.
looks fun but in firefox space scrolls the screen down

Without a double jump, I couldn't get above the first two buttons.
