Very nice
This was nice the "ACTION-SCENES" on this was really good the film itself seemed to run short though maybe you can make it longer and the action scenes could use more flashy effects, but the idea of "NO-PARKING" was a good one and made for a nice toon here.

The true upholder of justice and good! XD Was expecting a massive spanking at the end there but... that went unexpectedly. You'd think the hearts floating around his head wouldn't have been so misleading though. Were they aimed at him, rather than his? Apart from that little thing this was just perfect. Bound to be even better with music too...
