From a purely production value standpoint, it's alright, albeit a bit generic since I've seen the Videoscribe thing done a lot. The content itself also has some basic truths, like the part about survivorship bias and realistic goal-setting, but for the most part, there's very little insight here about "how to become a successful social influencer" or "how you and I will fail." I also can't imagine that making self-help content with such an outwardly negative tone (at least in the title) is very productive for anybody involved.

A lot of butthurt in this video.

This makes it look like only 1 out of every 1000-5000 people in any profession are successful. Meaning that only 1 out of 1000 or 5000 people in the whole world are successful. Well that is wrong. If you can make a living out of your profession and can support a family then you are successful. If you become rich and famous then you are mega successful, but the key to happiness in life is being happy and grateful for moderate success also.

Another key to success is not to become envious to more successful people and to not trash talk behind their backs (that includes making poisonous demotivational videos) but shut up and learn from them.

The one truth in this video is that you must be prepared for failure, but that is mostly just to not become jaded and envious and to have power to try again. Have realistic expectations, be ready for worst but work for the best.
