This was made as part of IconOven, a collaboration between Gabe Priske and William Holly. We have both decided to upload the games here on Newgrounds for posterity's sake.
I like the shadows and the jump effects.
The background can do with a little more work.
One little issue(?) - when the player hits the top of the ball, it bounces up instead of going down.
