I wrote an app called Spectrum Shift Paint.
It is an app that lets you draw with a brush animated by a cycling palette. Spectrum Shift Paint allows you to export your animated drawing as html/WebGL. Hal Lives is an example.
This is not a game, but it is packaged as html, so I uploaded it here. See torpor.com .
