Why don't you put your things in the art section? This not a game: no interaction, no aim, no goal, no play... No stars, please remove this from the game and put it in the ART section
I wrote an app called Spectrum Shift Paint.
It is an app that lets you draw with a brush animated by a cycling palette. Spectrum Shift Paint allows you to export your animated drawing as html/WebGL. bowls2 is an example.
This is not a game, but it is packaged as html, so I uploaded it here. See torpor.com .

The problem is that this is implemented as html/webgl. The Art section seems to only accept image or movie Files. In principle, one could package this as an mp4 file, but at HD resolution it would probably run over 100 megabytes in size. As html in a zip file, this occupies about 1 megabyte and the rendering fidelity is better than the mp4 file.
Some websites are set up to accept webgl based Art submissions, but Newgrounds only seems to accept webgl Art in the games section.
wow this crazy
actualy this is pretty good!
