I finally finished this sprite animation after 2 years of working on it. Now that I worked way faster on this sprite fight and almost made 10 minutes of content in the last 2 weeks I was able to finally release this masterpiece! I hope you enjoy and I would love to get some feedback! :)

You cheeky- I see what you're doing here... and I like it! It was almost like watching something new from Super Mario Bros Z after all this time. Though some things did feel... "Off" Compared to Mark's work but I guess that's expected, and honestly with a little more time, effort, and I guess Attention to details I could see it perhaps being better than his sprite fights. And... this is probably unlikely... but if you could somehow contact Mark Haynes and get his "Permission," or support, or Something, to finish his Super Mario Bros Z series... Let's just say you'd make me the happiest person alive. Great job on this Animation!
Oh man I am SO flattered to hear this. In all honesty I kinda tried to rush it so that I can finally publish it and hear all the great comments about this. Even though I could try to contact Mark Haynes I think he's made it clear very often that he does not want people to finish it so that he can do it himself one day. What I'm planning on is making my own series. Even posted a Logo onto newgrounds:) And I kinda designed a story for it and would like to start it soon. Maybe I'll release some smaller fights and finish this one right here, make a trailer for my series and then I'll start it so that I dive into it with full experience. sorry about that smbz thing but I dont really feel like continuing it. Anyways thank you so much for your comment!
