thats... an extremely smooth and flawless animation, with a nice pace, and with a very good, fluid animation in general...
i like how the good linework is moving swiftly, and its nicely combined with the photo of the asian man, to the point that, the final product is seamlessly formed and nicely animated, in a very delicate +fluid (short) animation.
i wonder: have you used tweens, or just FBF's? (frame-by-frame).
also, what's your FPS speed? 30?
the only ''wrong'' thing in your movie, was the very short size (just a couple of seconds), and the lack of a story.
next time,
you should add more scenes+stuff in order to make your movie(s) longer, and you could also add some sort of a story, so that it can be something beautiful+unique, or at the very least, more memorable than a 3-second clip.
judging by your skills in making a flawless (short) movie,
you've got some promising skills right there, but you need to ADD MORE in your movies.
more scenes, a basic story, some humour/action, and just more things in general.
other than that, this was a promising start.
