the worst OST in a Unity game this year.

And this children is why we are colonizing mars

This was fun. I've played it a few dozen times by Now. Sure it's short, but that makes it easily replayable and it lasts as long as it needs to.

I've tried putting down windmills to reverse the damage, but that wasn't as fun, especially since you can never bring it all the way back. And why would you do that anyway? Don't you want to make money and build your civilisation?! So, playing the game PROPERLY, i.e. making your money and building better buildings for the glory of your species, as is INTENDED, here's something amusing to try: put down two or three fishing spots near some trees. Build a cute little kingdom, with some trees, a castle, and two sets of huts right next to it. Now, go to the other side of the world and start your REAL civilisation by putting down as many lumber mills as you can. With as much variation of buildings as you can manage, and without crossing whichever side has the water on it, see how long you can go before crushing that cocky little kingdom that DARES to impede your glorious progress. The building that completely finishes off the planet should be the one that flattens the castle. Like this: https://i.imgur.com/VNDqcxa.jpg
Congratulations! You've achieved peak human development.

I kind of saw where we were going with this in the first few seconds, but it still would have been nice if the creepy music didn't kick in until later. Starting off even MORE saccharine would have made it seem more grim by the end. Just a thought. Also, as some other people have pointed out, the biggest city actually costs 10,000, not 7500.

RIP Earth :(
