The Length is good for a demo reel, but I feel like you strongest clips are in the middle. Usually it's good to start and end with a bang. I'll list my favorite shots to give you an idea of what looks best. I forgot to mention the music choice is pretty good. It's not too distracting from the work.

The shot of the bug flying in the camera could really help grab attention.

The rhino shots are really good too because it should you working on many different things at once like facial and body movements. the physics of the mud is pretty good too.

Personally those I feel are the strongest shots.

Seems okay to me, would definitely work on pacing, take things slow and learn some of the basics to movements as well and I think you'll see some great improvement. Keep up the work.
