its great that you keep releasing these, but i think its time for you to really apply yourself to a bigger project, because these are just starting to feel like porn gifs at this point and has completely lost its *game* feel.
imagine if you worked on your actual game play, screen, perhaps a character to move around, gyms, a better level up system, ect. and added all your creations into one game.
many people would be willing to pay over 30$ for that, the only problem would be how to bill them and offer the game to them because of its adult content many game distributors would not alow it.
just food for thought, if i was you, i would heavily consider that as my next career move.
It's me, back again for another Pussymon Review!
First off, there's no incentive to fight the higher level Pussymon other than to catch them. A players best option is to just grind the first area as soon as they capture a Pussymon that can one shot the first areas Pussymon, in order to farm the upgrade points (hearts/xp points). This isn't a terrible way to play, it's just simple and unrewarding.
A way to change this would be to keep the Pussymon in higher areas harder to kill than in lower areas, but to make it so they drop more upgrade points. If there's a correlation between difficulty and reward, it makes the game just a little bit more complex. So, why don't the higher level Pussymon just drop an extra few upgrade points?
Another solution would be to have quests in certain areas to complete that give you items withe a passive stat like "+1 to all hearts and xp points given when you kill a Pussymon." or something like that.
This might make the game feel like more of a progression instead of a linear grind.
If this makes the game too short, then you can increase the amount of upgrade points that higher level Pussymon need to level up. I'm sure there are other solutions too, these are just a couple options!
Also, as it stands now, money gained from Pussymon is pretty much useless and could be taken out the game since there's a 'work' mechanic that grants you enough gold for the entire game, easily, right at the start. You can just grind for a couple days and you have everything you can possibly need. Possymon also drop so little gold that I'm pretty sure by the end of the game I didn't earn enough from money drops to buy one tier 3 potion.
You could make it so Pussymon drop way more gold. This means that you just work at the start for a couple days to get your Pussymon-catching-balls and then when you start grinding, you start earning cash to buy potions and evolve stones (which are also not really worth it right now). Pmon money dropping should earn cash slower than using the working house but you're also getting upgrade points as well as filling your pockets with moolah. Again, just some simple ideas! :)
Although, perhaps there's a reason for Pmon dropping tiny amounts of cash that I'm unaware of. If so, please let me know!
Finally, I understand that the dev of this game might be waiting until this story arc ends before making major changes, which I can understand. Personally, I would like to see some changes before that happens though since it's a probably quite a few installments away.
In conclusion, some mechanics and layout changes would be cool, a bit of a shake around with how the game is played would be welcome. Also, SP3KTR3-X, if you read my review and have decided to take or not to take my advice, I'd love to hear why! I don't know the vision you have for this series, nor do I know your motivations so I'm just making general requests of the game at face value! It would help me make more accurate reviews if I knew more about your personal feelings about this whole thing.
Lastly, my rating might be low, but I keep coming back and playing your newest installments, so I hope that tells you that I'm looking forward to the next one!
