For the first time in any of my Family Guy fan animations, Brian Griffin is voiced by anyone other than either me or Seth MacFarlane. And that person is my friend and fan, Jacob Coad, to whom I give thanks to.

Brian is a bit upset that the Family Guy Season Fifteen DVD doesn't have any audio commentaries or storyboard animatics, so he decides for Stewie and himself to do a character commentary for "The Boys in the Band", to which Vinny agrees. Stewie isn't quite sure, though.
