As a Bob Ross-Parody, this is a respectful and calm submission, good animation, very good voice-acting imo. Something different, I might say.
It's just this Pokemon-humor... Isn't this a bit outdated? And is it really necessary here? I don't think so. But it's fun to watch nonetheless, and I would definitely like to see more of Bob Smeargle :)
