Not bad. I think the concept that you have to degrade yourself to carry on is quite unique. My only issue is that there are only two "power downs". I see that this game is still young, but I like it.
So today was my 2nd Ludum Dare (and my 3rd Game Jam), so here's PowerDown, a game entierly made by me.
The theme of the game jam was "The more you have, the worse it is"
The goal of the game is to "eat" all the magical rock to clean the area (8 by areas).
These rocks will damage yourself and you'll earn some nasty effects.
Because I was alone for this Ludum Dare and that I'm terribly bad at drawing stuff and making musics, well...
No music and bad graphisms, sorry about that :/.

It was made for a Ludum Dare so I only had 72 hours to make it.
And there are more than 2 powerdown, you should check the "Randomly Generated" mode to see them more easily.
