It was smooth and fluid except for when the characters began talking like when the mother's head stood still when she was talking. If you could make the whole thing like the hand in the beginning reaching for the clock, this would be amazing. Don't make your characters too stiff when they walk or move, because when she was running the shoulders and torso would be moving/ twisting much more than they had been. Even if a character is standing still they're not truly "still" they're breathing moving their eyes, maybe chewing, fidgeting their hand or foot. I'm not saying you didn't do that with all the characters like when she grabbed onto the other girl you did good on making sure they didn't stay still to long like when she quickly pulled her closer when she got more excited/motivated. One more thing some of your environment is a little off, by this I mean some things look a little flat/ rigid like the items on the table. Also you could work on some of the environment as in backgrounds, if backgrounds don't stay similar looking (as in style) through out the shots it takes away from the world . Though you did say it was practice and this is a really good way to improve, by actually doing! SO AWSOME WORK! :P
