The goal is to throw the dick, move your hand, then bring it back in time to catch it, the further the hand from the throw location the higher the score, if you fail to bring your hand back in time the dick will go straight to your face and you're score is reset back to 0, score is cumulative. Generally gameplay is very limited but the concept is unique and the game can become one of those addictive toppers if you work on the mechanics and add more aspects and rewards. Like if you add levels, upgrades (for both hand and dick), enemies, etc.
