Depression is a very complicated disease. Some people don't believe in it and see it the wrong way. We want those people to understand the fragility of a depressed person and we want to show depressed people that they're not alone.
The game is based on interviews with friends and reports all over the internet.

This game is short but it definitely tells a story. I like the way it really gets into all the little cracks of what depression is like, even the parts most people can't see.
I think this game could be really educational to the people who have never experienced depression themselves or have seen someone else go through it, it can also be really helpful for people who are going through it to get a better understanding of whats going on.

This game is very short and boring, didn't enjoy it.

Fullscreen mode crops text - it would have been a good idea to put greater margins for text.

Also I think this game gives wrong idea about depression, what it is and how to get over it.
The game is right that the bully extrovert solutions like "fight it"" or " get a job" won''t work.
But the game while unmasking these false solutions proposes another false solution - that other people can help you - no they can't. Thinking that your cure depends on understanding and help of other people is a sure path to victim mentality and unhappiness.
What depression is in most cases is your organism/unconsciousness being smarter then you and telling you that the life you are living is wrong, that you are not pursuing your true dreams and potential and are wasting time to blend in and accept society's standards. Depression is sort of a fuse or a circuit breaker telling you that you need to stop suppressing yourself. Most people including materialistic psychiatrists think that solution is to find a way to turn that circuit breaker back on so that the person can be "productive" again and return to perpetual squirrel's wheel. By all means no. Depression means that you need to take your time, sleep it out, rest completely reevaluate your life and what you really want out of it. Most likely you will find that you are not pursuing the right thing for you and that you are living an artificial lifestyle devoid of true meaning. You need to ignore societies attempts to pull you in the grind again and realize the true purpose of your life. You can spend time in nature, sleep a lot, take long walks, think a lot, meditate, become in tune with the metaphysics of human life. The sign of being cured is not returning in your artificial life of morning alarms, 9-17 and and stress. The sign of being cured is escaping that and doing what you really want to do - maybe you need to abandon mental job and seek out a physical job so that you can have free mind to ponder about meaning of life. Maybe your calling is doing such outdated and unpopular things as working with your hands, working earth, gardening, working with wood, painting, writing or whatever. The true obstacle to being cured is most likely your ego (or maybe ego of your parents) that does''t want you to abandon your prestigious education or office job or wealthy business. But you need to do what is right for your soul. Now if the game would have this message then I would give it high score. Instead all there is is some bleeding heart platitudes that doesn't rally help anybody and mislead people further. No one can solve your problems for you and that is wonderful! It gives you agency and the gift of free will in this life!

Love the animation and the story of the game! I definitely see that you improved and I'm very happy to see your progress from the first game I've played by you.
Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to the next game^^

I've just finished he game, and i'm barely crying -maybe i'm too sensitive, lol- because it's beautiful. The art style is cute and touching, and the music fits very well. Now i want to hug all the people who deal with depression.
Thanks for making this game!

Thanks a lot :D

Seems a bit short and unfinished. I really don't know why depression is always seen as a negative experience and something to avoid. Depression has the ability to sculpt great people, superior people, stronger people.
