This is a tiny little thing I put together in an hour or two for my childhood pup...
It has a rewrite I did of the ending of the children's poem "Rainbow Bridge"
Obviously not much...but hopefully someone gets something out of it...

First ep of my next visual novel series soon...
I just lost my childhood dog not too long ago and this honestly almost made me cry. Simple, but it tells a story.
reminds me of my childhood... you deserve it, 5 stars.
games all d way
Nice tribute to your childhood pup, man.
I really like the dog .gif, however I'm not gonna give it too much credit considering it isn't yours.
I would've also - much like others around here - enjoyed this if it actually had some more interactivity.
Overall, despite the nitpicks above, it's a decent story. I'm interested in seeing where this series goes.
I would give 2 stars for the artistic value, but nothing more for a lack of gameplay. But then I subtract a star because while we can debate whether humans have souls and whether we go to heaven after we die, it is sure that dogs don't. In my experience people who love animals too much and elevate them to human level, tend to be terrible against other human beings. Like people who insist that animal labor cannot be used while cheap human labor can or like those who think that a human must go to prison for shooting a rabid dog or like those that think humans must be culled for nature to heal or like those who think that a monkey can get copyright for a photo if he presses the button on a camera. Maybe that is why all the friends of such people often leave them as time goes on. And then they are left with their cats or sometimes dogs loving their only companions even more and hating humans even more in a viscous cycle. It all starts with elevating animals on the same level as humans. The story about Abel and Cain tells about this on a cryptic level, this is reason why Cain's vegetarian sacrifice was denied and he killed his brother for he didn't felt the unique sanctity of human life. So if you believe in heaven and want to go there, then do not get too attached to animals too much, according to the book that most people use for getting to heaven.
Heaven obviously isn't real, it's just a comforting thought
I have a disdain for religion, but I love dogs and animals. I grew up with both. I'm guessing you never had a dog, I think you'd have a different opinion about them if you did
