a simplistic yet smooth character design and animation and vivid background, interesting use of what looked like the moon in the background as a lamp, aided by a simple music box melody, nothing too complex making the shortness of it work, the only real critique possible would be the character looking a bit too simple.

Yeah i use simple design cause i use frame by frame technique wich is drawing each frame you see on the screen.
It can be very tiring almost impossible if you detail your character to much.
Impressive. While short, it had smooth animation but what I found more intriguing was the background content, which I'm sure you put a lot of work into. Considering this is from 2009 you did a pretty great job with this. You've got my attention now.

The music was cute, the animation was smooth and I loved the background and foreground. It was gorgeous! The only thing I could really say is to watch how a dress moves against legs so it doesn't look so flat. I really loved her walking animation regardless. I thought the moon brightening was the coolest thing ever! Not to mention the little wisp that flies up in the background. Overall, really beautiful and I can't wait to see more!
