I'm just...confused. I get it, it's supposed to represent why it's important to have a budget but there are ways to make a decent animation without a budget. This just seems lazy. Even no-budget shows can be done well.

Um.... What? I am so confused by this.... The "animation" (If someone could even call it that) is not good.... Also, why is it also referring to the viewer all the time? It's supposed to say we are these people but there's no point to that because unless we have control of them we aren't really that person... The music isn't that great either. I do like that you said that having a budget is good in the author's notes. Also the watermark....
