The art looks nice, I like the expressions! The audio is pretty low-quality, a better mic is a must for voice-acting!
It feels kind of lazy the way it's an animatic instead of an animation, too. Quality is almost always better than quantity. If you want to make money from this, you have to show people that you're willing to work. Bridge the gap between amateur and professional by filling in those frames!

P.S. I think you may have also sized the video wrong for the swf; a lot of stuff on the top and bottom isn't supposed to be seen I'm pretty sure. ;)
