This is a Tetris variant based upon classic Tetris like you played on your NES.

un poco mas pulido y mejor animado....

The game won't start if Flash is enabled by default.

MrStahlfelge responds:

Thank you for putting me on this. Looks like this problem only exists on Firefox. I will try to find a solution for this.

EDIT: It is fixed now. Thanks again!

i'm impressed. its a bit too fast though

It's a good tetris, but i miss a couple of features. First, the immediate drop button, most of times it is up. Second, that little time to finish the adjustment of the pieces when it touches the other piece. In the original tetris, u can rotate or slide the block after it touch the bottom piece, in your game i can't do it.
The music start to be annoying after some time, and there is no easy mute button to click
I liked how fluid is the rotation of the pieces, and the black and white screen.

MrStahlfelge responds:

Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you liked the look.

You are referring to hard drop and lock delay. These two concepts don't belong to Classic Tetris, but to the "new" (15 year old) guidelines. Lightblocks was designed to revive Classic Tetris from the early 90's. So there is also no ghost piece or hold piece, by intention. :-)

You find the option to mute the music in the settings. Your setting will be saved for the next session.

just another Tetris exact duplicate, except that it is all white and doesn't add any new features other than a higher ceiling. Not only that, but keyboard controls are stupid. Pressing down makes the browser window also scroll down as well. It also claims to be a demo, so it doesn't even make the effort to try to integrate the scores/multiplayer/missions with the android version's data.

MrStahlfelge responds:

Thank you for putting me on the scroll problem. I was not aware of it because I am using Firefox normally. I fixed this for you Chrome users.

On your other feedback, I currently working on get the gamepad support working on HTML5, too. I am not sure if the other features from the Android version are interesting for Web players. Like you said, there are tons of Tetris clones out there and for desktops there are really good ones. Reason why I put a lot of effort in was because there was no good one for Android.
