Max has finally found Maze World and aims to excavate its treasures- at no risk to himself, of course. Each run you will select upgrades to load into a disposable robot that gets launched onto the planet.

Navigate mazes, face monsters, disarm traps, collect powerups, min-max your build, and unravel the mystery of the OmniCore in this Turn Based Procedurally generated Rogue-Lite with persistent leveling!

I've beaten it! But I generally love roguelikes. The decision to split the tutorial between dungeon levels can seem questionable, but it did keep the intrigue up. Overall, a very good job, despite the small number of items for my liking.

You should go back and rework it

Has potential but really, really, really needs a detailed instruction manual. A lot of this makes zero sense to me at the moment.

rekuchn responds:

It might have been a questionable design decision, but the instructions are represented by the green signs on each floor. (The ones you've never read before will have a flashing question mark, but they'll always give you a little data (xp) for reading them.)

I was hoping it would be more digestible that way, but I can see it being frustrating too. If you want to PM me any mechanics questions I'll do my best to answer.

OK so i don't really dig the graphics, but i love the gameplay. The abilities are fantastic as are the mechanics. Super fun and very addictive. If this had some better art it would be a 5 star front page all day!
