The fact you are using hand drawn animation instead of motion tween-ing is already a good start.
the animation is pretty decent, in fact; I like it!

I don't have too much to say, but I'd love to see you work an anatomy a bit more, specifically the hands.
I can tell you have so much more potential, if you can get your hands on a Wacom tablet, you totally should! I can see you improving much in the future. :]
