Next to impossible. First of all, and I have to stress this part, it feels like you're running around on ice. You start running in one direction, turn around, and it takes you two seconds just to start gaining momentum again... and jumping up to new platforms is painstakingly hard as well since if your player's hitbox touches the corner of a platform before you're directly above it, be prepared to careen back to ground level. Second, I'm not entirely sure how the stats seem to affect the character, but the effect on everything besides Strength is negligible at best. In fact, the tooltips for each stat are kind of lying to you already. Strength doesn't proportionally "add 2 attack damage" per strike; at best, it raises it one damage per three points on average (sword swing at Lv 1: 12 damage... Lv 6 with 20 STR: 20-ish damage). Increasing Defense, Dexterity and Agility seems to do next to nothing as I'm still being hit for approximately the same damage and frequency with each attack, and "Technique" seems pointless in the long run.
Another thing is the "jewel thieves". They never drop what you want or need, when you want or need it... as such, you will NEVER improve your sword past its first upgrade because they never drop Amethysts. I got ONE over the course of FOUR playthroughs. That's if you're even able to hit them more than once a cycle; you hit them coming from one direction, and the gem or metal you need will fly off in the other direction. Once that fucker starts running, there is no catching back up to him, even at top speed... I mean, you could always just whack him four times over and pick up the gems after he leaves, right? NOPE. Because A) they disappear, and B) you have to collect the gems in the order they were dropped... which is stupid.
Some of the minotaur's attacks will make you want to rip your hair out. Try dodging the one attack it has where it takes two steps back and lunges at you swinging its axe... or the one where it swings down and calls forth a wave of energy the height of the entire screen. In a good rhythm of attacking the boss? HA HA! Full-body fire attack that wasn't telegraphed in the least! And because of just how much health the minotaur actually has, it is assured that you will die before it gets to its second phase... by the way, it has a second phase, with more health and attacks even more bullshit than the last.
The more I write, the more I find to hate. Just... look elsewhere. Let the minotaur win.
Thank you for this epic answer. Actually this game was a little trial version. We continue to develop according to the reaction. Thanks for your advice, we note your recommendations.
