The Pilot Episode for Dave & Friend! Do you want to see this become a full series? Show your support!

In the beginning, Dave and Friend start by criticizing newer TV shows that can't compare to the old ones. Then Dave claims he has a method to get a girl's number that works every time, according to him. Will he be successful?

DISCLAIMER: This cartoon contains mature language and may contain animated gore and violence. Recommended age 14+

“Dave & Friend” is (one of) the first attempt(s) at an animated web series done by Maximillian Remmler, aside from Super Tommy (which there totally isn't an easter egg for in the beginning of this episode) and Mastermind Matt. Both of which are no longer on YouTube or Newgrounds, sadly.

Director's Note: The Pilot Episode does not do the series much justice. It's merely there to set a comedic tone, while the rest of the series has a much deeper backstory and collage of meaningful messages. If this becomes a full series, I will be sure to expand on these ideas further.

Big up to Ross Plaskow for teaching me how to animate with his After Effects tutorials.

“Dave & Friend” was created by Maximillian Remmler and is distributed by SoloShortFilms. Recreation or redistribution without the creator's consent is a dick move, bro.
