Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of February we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 216 people to reach our goal of 3,100 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in March!

Dual Dimension

Test your ability to pilot a ship in dual dimensions over split views! This shooter simultaneously displays the game in both the vertical and horizontal scrolling views. Can you maintain control while splitting focus or are you able to mentally merge them while shooting enemy ships and dodging their bullets?

Horizontal movement controls your top-down ship (left screen).
Vertical movement controls your side-view ship (right screen).
You must navigate using both screens to shoot and dodge enemies.
Buy new ships and weapons in the store and equip them in the ship hangar.

Quite original concept. but when you realise you can beat entire game looking only on radar it's geting ricolously easy. except this game is challenging. And of course keyboard stering is way more comfy

Cool idea. Dislike that crash against enemy ship = instant death. Armor is useless, never died because of lack of hp as it's really easy to avoid bullet but difficult to hit enemy. Very little enemy ships. I feel that level is progressing painfully slow, at leats ti gives such feeling because background is really slow.

Probbaly would preffer arrow keys instead of mouse (ad for left screen up/dow arrow for right). Found left screen movement much more difficult than vertical (it takse longer to travel mouse in horizontal than in vertical).

It has a fun concept that challenges the player and has enough content to keep the player coming back. One of the most fundamental rules of developing video games and ensuring their quality is that your game has to be fun at its core, and this embodies that rule perfectly, strip away every graphic and all the content you would still have a fun and challenging time waster. not very many games can do that.

A highly original challenge ...

A very nice and awesome bullet hell game. I really liked it.
