The film was about Donald Trump's phrase "drain the swamp", meaning to remove bad things. Donald Trump kicking Obama out the window was him removing an evil person from the white house.
This is not very well made here. I'm guessing from the music that Trump is supposed to be like an anti-christ, but that's sort of the only indication of whether Trump taking over the White House is supposed to be a good thing or a bad thing. It also does not really have him "draining the swamp" either literally or metaphorically, merely stating it before literally kicking Obama out.
