EDIT -- Thanks a lot for Frontpage and all the helpful reviews! Newgrounds really stayed an oasis of animationlovers : ) --

Wow! 8 years have passed since my last submission on NG

And now it all seems like a very longlasting dump I took...

After all those years I finally present another fully animated short adventure. I didn't get any job last winter so I had plenty of time to animate on my own - Yaaay... My main focus was to practice fire/water effects and compositing.

Please take a second and comment what bothered you here and how I can improve my skills : )

Thanks for watching!

I really liked this! It was great how you set up so much without dialogue. I could feel for these characters. Maybe it could have been a little longer. It's still tons of fun to watch. I can always appreciate creativity and of course imagination. Everything is just so beautiful here.

Maybe not the most unique, but it's great to look at. You tell a lot in a short time (it took me 30 secs to figure it out "what is this adventure all about").

I like the intro very action packed and in your face but the transition was confusing. How did you get from the harrowing girl running from a dragon to the old women at the sink? was the child involved in the many metaphors? after watching I felt like the short film needed an explanation and as with a joke once you have to go back and explain whats its all about it starts to lose its flare no? maybe extend the show?

Never wake a sleeping dragon...that's adventurer 101!

She killed an innocent dragon for no good reason?

Clever. She has quite the imagination doesn't she?
