Every time I jump it feels like the character is sliding on ice mid-air. This paired with the fact that every time you die you must start all over makes the demo not very fun to play and boring as you constantly die from falling. From what I've seen this is literally just a robot jumping onto platforms. There is no enemies, sound effects, or even music. This game seems way too early in development to put up a demo for it. Also, I don't think Newgrounds even has "likes"? Of course I could be wrong about that, I don't know about many features on Newgrounds.

It reminds me of the Nintendo games that you would die in and have to restart all the way back in the beginning again. fantastic! you don't get many of those anymore.

It's a classic platformer. It's not bad, but not "new". I mean, it's just a platformer. But, I liked it anyway, I don't really know why. Also, you could add music and checkpoints ? Always begin from the beginning can get boring I tihnk.
