Perhaps it could use some additional sounds/voices made by the characters when doing specific action to add a bit more comedy to this.
This is very original but even on Master the game is way too easy. What kind of AI are you using? it is rather fast but very myopic.

"We use a node based decision tree of every possibility using a breadth first approach with some optimizations. So essentially, the AI looks at all its possible moves, ranks them. Then looks for each possible response that the human player can do for each of those moves, ranks them. And so on, down the child nodes of the tree.
For the Master level, it does 4 iterations of this. Unfortunately, unlike Chess, the simplistic design of Anti-Chess and its snowbally nature, makes creating a challenging AI almost impossible. If you play the game enough or get good enough at it, you will realize that unlike Chess, the depth of strategy is actually pretty low. We had thought of changing the design of the game to add more strategy but at that point it would take away from being familiar to players who know to play Chess.
On a side note, its way more fun to play vs a good player in Local Player mode than AI, if you get a chance :)"
