Utvara - Remembering You

Utvara is TheRedWomen's OC. I like drawing her (and have permission to do so). Tweaked some settings in OBS, added a new profile, and changed back to the "windowed" look like some of my earlier speed paints. I hope the quality is satisfactory, now.
