Take on the role of a great wizard who is the last sorcerer in the world. Only townsfolk nearby have heard the news of your presence, so to keep them quiet, you've agreed to grant some of their wishes. In this game, you decide which spells to cast or not cast for the people of the town. Your decisions will impact the future of the people and their town, Choose wisely.

This was actually pretty fun. More than halfway through (maybe around Day 20-ish?), I had a hundred coin and close to a hundred population, but I kept struggling with happiness (go figure). Then I had the genius idea to document how each choice impacted each stat. It was a lot easier to balance them when I didn't have to keep track of everything in my head. Unfortunately, once I got close to finishing the list (at least I think I was close...), I crested the hundred mark in every stat and the game ended. I didn't know when or if the game ended before, so now I have this long list that I spent far too much time on and barely got to use.

I have a personal obligation to keep playing this game over and over to justify the time and effort I put into this list. I will become the top speed-runner for this game. Two categories: Fastest time, and fewest days. There's almost undoubtedly no demand or competition for speed-running this game from 2016, but I'm going to do it anyway. Not right now, though. Later. Maybe I'll update this review/comment every time I get a personal best. If only I paid attention to how many days it took this time... Maybe that's for the best, though. I was really bad. It was over thirteen days. I only know that much because that was the only time I looked at the day counter, and that was well before starting the list.

I'm lucky this game is actually fun...

reminds me of another game.. this one shows potential..

BOOOOOOOOOOORING

Ran into a bug: every day, the first person comes twice to ask the same thing.

The game is very repetitive: there's too few dialog options and they matter for almost nothing.
I've found that I can keep the stats up by refusing everybody and then spending my 20 "extra mana" straight into stats.
Overall the game needs a better way to keep the player engaged: be it actual meaningful decisions (for example you make a magic sword for a dude, the next day somebody comes in with a magical wound that needs fixing) or even scripted events: think of Papers, please and similar games.

Poorly explained upfront. Otherwise, interesting concept but you don't do much with it.
