It doesn't look procedural. It looks like you made different maps and had them random. It almost felt the same I don't know for certain.
Not bad and rather challenging.
I really liked it, the only thing that I would improve it's the level progression. It seems really random what you get in each level instead of being a bit more challenging in each one-
