An old traveling storyteller enters a city with nothing to his name but the stories he has spent his life gathering, which he wishes to pass on before he dies.

This project took a year and over 1,000 man-hours to put together, huge thanks to Zeedox (Greg) for sticking it through with me! I really hope you all enjoy this :)

This is amazing, As far as I like animations, This 8-minute animation took 1 year, And I applaud. The sound was brilliant, Voicing like no other, And the premise is so dark and yet so beautiful. The Taleteller is a great story that deserves a novel. I only animate short gifs. And none of them seen public. I could never animate this. The art is so beautiful. And nobody could take this from Newgrounds as its beauty is so much it deserves the big screen. To everyone who worked on this. Thank you for such beauty.

I wish i could rate this higher than 5 stars it was truly the most tearful and compelling story Ive ever seen on this site. The animation was perfect, the background was perfect, the voices were beautiful and the music and sound effects were just enthralling. It made me cry and I am still fighting tears as I write this. I cannot thank you all enough for this truly magnificent tale and this deserves to be retold and if i ever have children ill try to pass this on as best i can.

Though i come here for laughs and to forget my problems this made me forget them by calming my heart with a bittersweet note. though i come here for nonsense and laughs, I thank you all for showing me something beautiful and i am thankful that i came across this by purest chance.

I just wish i could give better praise and can only hope that you all will receive the recognition that you deserve as the artists of this masterpiece.
