I'd give 4/5 for the animation, as I can appreciate and respect the effort put in it.

I'll 3.5/5 for the jokes. Strong efforts, but it seems like his comedy excels in his exaggerated animations, like the incident with the rattata, lol. It's when this guy goes crude, crazy, or violent does it seem like his comedy excels. Like at the end, I'm surprised Evie didn't rage more, lol.

What throws you off, is his animation style can be cute, but then he goes and captures Eevee in such a violent way, lol.

Props on that intro with the two cast characters, though, especially that song.
