Alright well I have no problem with the fact that the voices were from another source, as that's essentially the point of those "_____ animated" cartoons. However, even then this cartoon is not very good. The biggest problem I have with this is the lack of animation. For the most part it's just static images with lip syncing, and I have been guilty of this but I still find that it's a problem worth mentioning. The art was pretty good though, and the colors were nice. I wouldn't say this is the worst thing ever but it has room for improvement.

Good drawings, good colors, good refs. Kind of weird since audio is from an already existing cartoon, but it fits pretty well here. Good job.
