Well, played through it in about 5-10 minutes, and I've got a few things to say about it.

First, some of the jokes just don't stick. Sex jokes were forced and felt as though I was sitting in front of a first time stand-up comedian.
Although not all jokes failed! I loved the chats about the iOS review community, found that very funny.
In regards to the gameplay, it's lacking clearly. There is not enough creativity allowed for in its current state, this definitely needs to allow for more choices before I raise my rating.
As it stands now, I see a very good base, for many joke opportunities and possibilities.

Why even give options when they aren't available? Being forced into a "choice" is no fun at all. This feels very rushed, and nothing is explained. The art is poor, and the constant "ding" sound like an old PS1 game gets aggravating. This is a good idea, so I would like to see a finished GAME. If I cant make choices than this is just a tutorial to make a game YOU had an idea for.

Do I need a special font pack? ..because I mostly see empty boxes which I have to click on. Few few words.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND A BIT OF THIS GAME. Half a star for the art.

Meh. It's not bad but at the same time it's not all that good.

So far, the game seems like it would be...interesting, but it has quite a few things to polish.

First, grammar. Grammar is one of the most important things in a game, and yeesh, this game has poor grammar. Secondly, story. Where is it? Also, who's Joe?

I can't really think of anything else to say other than, overall, it has potential, but is pretty bad as of now. Making the game better at this point isn't a hard task, perhaps have some people give you proper grammar to use? All in all, decent, but keep trying. You may just make it.
